Soul & Spicy is where our ideas and creations come together. We combine our background in marketing with our love of travelling around Sri Lanka, helping businesses share what they do and bringing people closer to the island through our stories, travel planning and tours.
Sarah & Salman
We’re a Swiss–Sri Lankan couple living in Negombo. We love exploring this beautiful island, sharing our experiences and showing people around through our tours. We also help travellers plan their own journeys here.
We both come from marketing and design and love being creative. This also lets us support the people behind the businesses we discover, helping them with their websites, content and marketing.

Salman grew up here, and Sarah has been getting to know the island since her first visit. We love heading out together, trying food, visiting new places and finding things we want to share with others.
Would you like to experience Sri Lanka yourself? We help plan your route, find suitable hotels or villas and arrange transfers, excursions and activities. We can help with your whole trip or just parts of it.
You can also join us to explore Negombo, take part in a cooking class or head out on a longer trip. Depending on your plans, we’ll join you ourselves or arrange your experience with local partners we know and trust.
